Open the TV menu at the top of the remote and select a paired Apple TV or Roku TV.

Open the TV menu at the top of the remote and select a paired Apple TV or Roku TV.
Swipe and click the touch surface, use the familiar remote buttons, or reach for your keyboard.
Apps live on the left. Now Playing details and controls live on the right.
Apps & favorites
Choose the left sidebar button, then select any app in the list.
Control-click an app and choose Favorite App, or drag it above the divider.
Choose Edit at the bottom of the sidebar. Hidden apps remain visible while editing, so they are easy to restore.
Now Playing
Open Now Playing for available artwork, title, playback position, and controls.
When Better Remote recognizes supported content, choose Open on Mac or select its linked title.
Open the TV menu, choose Open Media URL, paste a supported link, and choose Open.
Keyboard shortcuts
Arrow keys move focus. Return selects. Delete goes back. H or Escape goes Home.
Space plays or pauses. Tab opens App Switcher. C opens Control Center. F opens Search.
Command-Plus and Command-Minus adjust available volume. Command-0 mutes.
Text & TVs
Choose the keyboard button below the touch surface. Text entry can also appear when Apple TV requests it.
Choose the TV name at the top of the remote, then select a device from the menu.
TV Locations in Settings lets you name a network and give each TV a nickname.
Comfort & access
Adjust text size, choose Jumbo Remote, or reduce transparency for more solid window surfaces.
Follow your Mac automatically with System, or keep Better Remote in Light or Dark.
Core navigation, playback, app, search, and volume commands are available without a pointer.
